PROBLEM
What Did They Face?
bebekistiyorum.com, the website of Eurofertil IVF Centre in Bursa, had grown into one of Turkey's most comprehensive IVF content archives, with 66 medical articles, hundreds of video pages and specialist profiles. Yet the site ran on legacy ASP.NET WebForms: the design was dated, every content update required technical help and mobile performance fell short.
Since the clinic also serves international patients speaking Russian and Arabic, the site had to be published in 4 languages. The most critical risk was migration: the search equity accumulated across more than 1,200 URLs could not be lost in the move.
SOLUTION
What Did We Build?
The site was rebuilt from scratch on Next.js, together with its design, content infrastructure and admin panel.
Modern Full-Stack Architecture
A server-rendered, MongoDB-backed platform was built with Next.js App Router and React Server Components. A custom admin panel with a Tiptap rich text editor and bulk content import was developed; the content team manages the entire site without any CMS licence.
4 Languages and Arabic RTL
Turkish, English, Russian and Arabic publishing was set up with next-intl. Every component was designed to work right-to-left (RTL) for Arabic, and language versions are correctly announced to search engines with hreflang tags.
SEO Migration
More than 1,200 legacy URLs were mapped to the new information architecture and preserved through a database-driven 301 redirect layer. Technical SEO was completed with per-page dynamic metadata, automated sitemaps, schema.org structured data (JSON-LD) and Core Web Vitals focused performance work.
GEO - Visibility in AI Search
Beyond classic search engines, the site was optimised for AI-driven search experiences such as ChatGPT and Perplexity: llms.txt, a machine-readable FAQ feed and consistent structured content.
Conversion Tracking
Google Ads conversion tracking was integrated into the appointment and contact forms, making the return on ad spend measurable through real patient enquiries.
