What is the process for developing a project with Detartech?
The process starts with a discovery call and requirements analysis. We then prepare a technical architecture proposal and project plan. Once approved, we move into sprint-based development with a working demo delivered at the end of each sprint. Depending on project size, we work in 2-8 week iterations and adjust based on your feedback.
How does Detartech's pricing model work?
We offer two main models - fixed-price projects and time-and-materials. Fixed price works best when scope is clearly defined, while monthly retainer or hourly billing suits evolving or long-term products. After a discovery call, we prepare a clear proposal aligned with your expectations and budget.
How long does it take to deliver an MVP?
A typical MVP is delivered in 6 to 16 weeks depending on scope. A focused product with core features can launch in 6-8 weeks, while projects requiring a mobile app or complex backend may take 12-16 weeks. Clearly defined priorities allow us to significantly shorten these timelines.
Who owns the source code when the project is completed?
Full ownership of the source code transfers to you upon project delivery. This intellectual property transfer is explicitly stated in the contract. We also provide upfront information about any open-source library licences used throughout the project.
Do you offer maintenance and support after the project is completed?
Yes, we offer monthly maintenance and support packages after project delivery. These cover bug fixes, security updates, performance monitoring and minor feature requests. We can tailor the support scope to match your specific operational needs and budget.
What is included in your CTO as a Service offering?
We provide technical leadership, architecture decisions, team management and technology selection consulting on a weekly or monthly basis. This lets you access strategic technical guidance without hiring a full-time CTO - ideal for early-stage startups and scaling companies.
Can you develop both web and mobile applications?
Yes, we develop for both web - Next.js, React - and mobile - Flutter, React Native. Managing web and mobile together with a single team reduces coordination overhead and ensures a consistent product experience across all platforms.
Can you integrate AI solutions into my existing system?
Yes, we can integrate OpenAI, RAG systems or custom ML models into your existing infrastructure. We start by analysing your current system and proposing the least disruptive integration architecture. Do you provide support for DevOps infrastructure and CI/CD setup?
Yes, we handle full DevOps setup on Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions and cloud providers including AWS, GCP and Azure. We set up automated test pipelines, staging environments and production deployments so your team can ship fast and safely.
Do you work with international clients?

We provide board access via Trello for every project. Weekly status meetings and sprint reports keep the process fully transparent. For urgent matters, our direct communication channel via Slack or WhatsApp is always available.
Can you do SEO work to increase my organic traffic?
Yes, we start with a technical SEO audit and progress through Core Web Vitals optimisation, structured data, hreflang and content strategy. We also apply GEO - Generative Engine Optimisation - to help your brand gain visibility in AI search engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity, with monthly reporting provided.
