Welldone - Industrial Laundry Management System

Welldone Group Turkey ran its industrial laundry operations through spreadsheets and verbal coordination. Every stage from order to shipment - washing, drying, racking, packaging - was tracked in separate systems or on paper.

Field workers had no visibility into real-time job status; managers depended on manually prepared reports to access current operational data. Customer-specific shipment planning was error-prone and reporting was delayed.

At Detartech we developed an end-to-end system covering a mobile app, a web management panel and backend services.

Mobile App (Flutter)

Field workers can perform product-based packaging via QR code scanning. Order status updates in real time; in-team communication runs via platform notifications and messaging.

Web Management Panel (React.js)

Order creation, customer management, shipment planning and real-time reporting are all managed from a single screen. Managers can make immediate decisions.

Backend and Infrastructure (.NET + MySQL)

Backed by high-performance .NET services, cache structures and a scalable Ubuntu-based server infrastructure. CI/CD automation provided via Jenkins.
