Biletico - Event Ticketing Platform for Children

Biletico aimed to help parents easily find events suited to their children and buy tickets with confidence. The platform had a foundation in place but almost no feature was functional, the design was far behind modern standards and the payment flow had been left incomplete.

There was no seating plan component at all - event organisers had no way to manage seat layouts. The user experience had serious issues and mobile compatibility was inadequate. To go live, almost everything had to be redesigned and made functional.

At Detartech we took the existing foundation and transformed the entire system into a functional, modern platform.

Design and UX Overhaul

All interfaces were redesigned from scratch. A mobile-first approach ensures a consistent, fast experience on every screen size. Category-based event listing, age filter and advanced search let users find the event they want within seconds.

Canvas-Based Seating Plan

A canvas-based seating plan component was developed that lets organisers visually design event venues. Seats can be grouped, divided into categories and display real-time occupancy status.

Secure Payment Integration

The payment infrastructure was set up to industry standards. A secure, fast and user-friendly payment flow was delivered together with cart management and order history.

Technical Infrastructure

Caching with Redis on a Next.js + Node.js stack and CI/CD automation via Jenkins pipelines. Every update is tested and deployed to production safely.

A non-functional platform was transformed through comprehensive redevelopment into one of Turkey's leading digital solutions for children's event ticketing, and taken live.
