Yükpro - Freight & Load Board Platform

In road freight in Turkey, cargo owners struggled to find the right carrier, and carriers struggled to find loads that matched their routes. Matching relied on phone calls, scattered WhatsApp groups and intermediaries. This wasted time, increased empty return trips and reduced price transparency.

We built a mobile listing platform that connects cargo owners directly with carriers and drivers. Cargo owners publish listings for free, with no limit, including route, vehicle type and price. Carriers filter by city, vehicle type and loading method, then reach out with one tap by phone call or WhatsApp. Route-based load alerts, set by origin and destination city, send an instant push notification when a matching listing is posted. Carriers can share their vehicle and driver details from their profile as a ready-made message in one step. The app is live on iOS and Android from a single Flutter codebase, on a Firebase backend (authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions and notifications). Carriers get a 14-day trial, followed by a monthly in-app subscription.

Yükpro is live on the App Store and Google Play. Because listing is free for cargo owners, the barrier to joining the platform is low. Carriers can reduce empty return time by searching, filtering and following loads that match their routes through instant notifications. Since contact happens directly between the parties, there is no intermediary cost. The revenue model is based on carrier subscriptions.
