There was a need for a reliable, focused and easy-to-use marketplace in the mother and baby products segment. Existing general-purpose platforms offered no experience tailored to the mother and child category - finding the right product amid content noise was becoming difficult.

A scalable platform had to be built from scratch that provided easy navigation and secure payment for buyers while offering inventory and order management for sellers, and could handle high traffic.

A fully featured marketplace infrastructure was developed from scratch on Django and PostgreSQL.
